Capture rooms with
LiDAR clarity
Scan a room with your iPhone Pro, generate a scaled 3D model and floor plan, then export locally. LiDAR-powered. On-device. No cloud.
Everything you need to
capture space
A focused v1 capture tool for room documentation, floor plans, and local 3D export.
Room-Scale Scanning
Capture rooms with LiDAR-assisted geometry, walls, doors, windows, and room-scale measurements on iPhone Pro.
Measured Room Records
Keep each scan with area, ceiling height, wall count, furniture categories, notes, and a local preview.
Floor Plan Generation
Automatic 2D floor plans from 3D scans. Walls, doors, and windows detected and dimensioned automatically.
Multi-Format Export
Export room models as USDZ and floor plans as PDF, with OBJ/PLY outputs available when captured by the scan pipeline.
Privacy-First
All processing happens on your device. No cloud uploads, no accounts, no data collection. Your scans stay yours.
AR Preview
View your scan in augmented reality, overlay measurements, and share interactive 3D models with clients.
Built for professionals
who measure space
Architects
Existing conditions documentation. Capture a room in the field and bring a scaled model or floor plan into your project workflow.
Interior Designers
Walk through a client's room once, capture the layout, and keep measurements close at hand for early space planning.
Real Estate
Document rooms quickly for listings. Share floor plans, room models, and AR previews without sending scan data to a cloud service.
Construction
Progress documentation and field notes for interior work. Capture room context before demolition, renovation, or handover.
Three steps to a
measured room record
Point & Scan
Open SpaceCraft, start a Space Scan, and walk slowly around the room. RoomPlan and LiDAR capture the room envelope directly on device.
Process On-Device
The app builds a scaled room model, generates a floor plan, and stores the scan locally with no cloud upload or account.
Export & Share
Share the USDZ room model or PDF floor plan from iOS. OBJ and PLY exports appear when raw mesh or point-cloud data is available.

Common questions
Which iPhones support SpaceCraft?
SpaceCraft requires a LiDAR sensor, available on iPhone 12 Pro and later Pro/Pro Max models, as well as iPad Pro (2020+). The app works best on iPhone 14 Pro or later for optimal processing speed.
How accurate are the scans?
SpaceCraft uses Apple's RoomPlan and LiDAR stack to create scaled room captures. Accuracy depends on device, lighting, surface quality, and scan technique, so verify critical dimensions before construction or fabrication.
Does it work offline?
Yes, completely. Scanning, processing, storage, and export happen on your device with Apple's RoomPlan and ARKit stack. No internet connection, no cloud upload, no account required.
What file formats can I export?
The v1 app focuses on USDZ room models and PDF floor plans. OBJ mesh and PLY point-cloud exports are available when the scan pipeline has captured those data types.
Is there a subscription?
No. SpaceCraft v1 is planned as a $4.99 paid App Store app. There is no subscription, account, credit system, or in-app purchase flow in v1.
When will it be on the App Store?
Soon. The app build is complete and we are finishing the App Store submission path. Until then, request a TestFlight invite and we will reach out as builds become available.
Will my scans be uploaded anywhere?
No. Capture, processing, storage, and export all happen on your iPhone. SpaceCraft does not require an account, does not communicate with a server, and does not include analytics or telemetry by default.
Can I use scans in CAD software?
Yes. USDZ models open natively on Mac and iOS. PDF floor plans drop directly into project documentation. OBJ and PLY exports are available when raw mesh or point-cloud data is captured, which lets you bring scans into Rhino, Blender, SketchUp, or other tools.
